Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Domestic. We offer free United States Postal Service (USPS) priority shipping and insurance, within the United States, on all orders over $75.00 of merchandise. For orders less than $75.00, please include $15.00 for shipping and insurance. We never charge for product handling!! Orders are typically packaged and shipped to our customers within 2 or 3 business days after a transaction has been successfully received and processed. Postal Service delivery of priority mail packages is typically 3-5 days for most locations.

International. Please email us with your order, mailing address, phone number, and any specific shipping information. We will use that information to work with the USPS to determine the actual shipping charges for you. We will email you the shipping cost in USD, so that you may complete the online ordering process.

 

RETURN POLICY

Full Refund 

We will accept returns for refund if we are notified within 10 days of when you receive the shipment (Based on USPS records). After we approve the return, your package must be received by us within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We will accept returns for exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Return Information

All products must be unused and undamaged and returned with original packaging to ensure full refund or replacement. Products must arrive at our location undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request if it does not comply with this policy.

All product shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Shipping and insurance on all items being returned to us is the responsibility of the sender. Shipping charges must be prepaid. For your protection, we recommend insuring the item you are returning. We cannot be responsible for items we do not receive.
